Example Applications of the Model TIM Performance Measurement Database

The intent of this section of the guidance is to illustrate more specifically how a TIM program could make use of the model TIM performance measurement database to measure performance against specific organization objectives. Using four fictitious, but realistic, examples, this section walks the reader through the selection of performance measures and targets, calculation of the performance measures using the database (including the database queries), presentation and discussion of the performance results, and the discussion of potential next steps.
