Prior to beginning to operate the FSP program, the partners discuss their target for performance after program implementation.
Knowing that performance for minor incidents before implementation of the FSP program was a median ICT of 44 minutes (learned through the analysis conducted in Example Organizational Objective 1), they decide to keep a target of 30 minutes for the median ICT for all minor incidents where a FSP is involved in the response. The table below summarizes the organizational objective, performance measure, and target.
